RIP Eric Carle 😢 His books are among Evan’s favorites and Evan still has them lined up on his bookshelf.

Our Hungry Caterpillar cupcakes and rice krispy treats rank as one of our all time favorites!!

Eric Carle was definitely an inspiration who helped many kids “SEE” the world around them! ❤️🐛

Evan and I made these cupcakes for prom at the 💃🏻🕺🏻🌇 We are so happy that they were able to host such a great event for their students 💛🧡🖤

Fun fact: Evan didn’t know what prom was so he had to google it! 🤪

THINK PINK 💕🧁 Evan hasn’t been able to make it to Mammoth this season and that has been so tough for him. It is definitely one of the places where he feels happy and free. He misses the beautiful snowy mountains, the freedom of roaming the ski slopes, and he especially misses all the friendly faces at ❄️

So, when his Auntie was heading up to Mammoth for spring break, Evan sent some cupcakes to DSES to let them know that he thinks of them often. He baked yellow cake cupcakes and decorated some of them in pink, in honor of 💗 Lee 💗. Lee was one of the nicest people we have met in Mammoth...whenever we were in the DSES office, Lee would make it a point to stop and not only say hi, but he almost always asked Evan a few questions as well 🥰 We will miss his welcoming grin and his friendly conversations.

We love you DSES and RIP Lee 😢❤️

March 3, 2021 ❤️ Today is Global Inclusion Day for people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What is the difference between and 🤔 DIVERSITY is baking a cake for someone. INCLUSION is sharing a slice of cake with that person.

Let’s practice inclusion! How can you do that? Evan says , “It’s easy!”

🧁 Include someone who you notice is left out.
🍰Be kind to someone who needs a little extra kindness in their life.
🍪Be a friend to someone who needs a good friend.
🍩Smile at someone to brighten their day.
