Next porch pickup is coming — and this one is short and sweet.

Orders will only be open for less than 24 hours, so if you’ve been wanting to grab a loaf (or finally try the bagels), this is your moment.

🗓 Orders open Wednesday, March 25
🛑 Orders close Thursday, March 26 at 2 PM
📍 Pickup: Sunday, March 29 in Orange City, FL
⏰ 10 AM – 2 PM

I’m keeping the menu simple this week and focusing on the essentials:
• Classic artisan sourdough
• Sandwich bread
• Plain & everything bagels

There’s something really special about going back to the basics — slow fermentation, quality ingredients, and bread that actually feels like food your body understands.

Everything is made fresh for pickup day, in small batches, right from my kitchen to your table.

Limited bake as always — once spots fill, they’re gone.

OMG! I’m kinda happy tbh. I have been STRESSED about my first market day which was supposed to be Saturday the 28th.

And now I don’t have to stress about getting all the things. Bc believe me, your girl had NOTHING! I was scouring fb marketplace for tables and a canopy and begging people to do a banner for me last-minute 😂

To celebrate, we will have a porch pickup March 29th.

I’ll post the menu soon.

If you’ve been craving fresh, wild-fermented sourdough made in small batches with love (and a little bit of chaos), this is your week.

🗓 Orders close Thursday 2/26 at 2 PM
📍 Porch pickup: Sunday, March 1
⏰ 10 AM – 2 PM

On the menu this week:
• Artisan sourdough loaves
• Flavored loaves
• Sandwich bread
• Bagels
• Browned butter chocolate chip cookies

Everything is baked fresh for pickup day. No mass production. No warehouse bread. Just real ingredients, long fermentation, and intentional hands.

Sorry Lauren Sands. It’s way too cold.

My darlings—
It has come to my tremulous and frankly climacteric attention that the climate has turned… brutaline.

The air is sharp. The bed is warm. And I, a woman of prodigious stamina and even greater fermentation savoir-yeast, am being summoned… outdoors.

Naturally, I thought: what if commerce intervened?

Should a sufficient number of you exquisite strangers elect to adopt my sourdough starter—
a bubbling, ye**ty ingénue of remarkable fermentality, brimming with panache and crumb-bearing gravitas—

I find myself spiritually unprepared for tomorrow’s alarm clock.

Now, before the corporate authorities clutch their pearls and adjust their bureaucratic corsetry:
This is a jest.
A whim.
A loaf-adjacent fancifulity.

My employer, whom I cherish in a strictly professional and contractually reverent sense, will undoubtedly insist that I present myself punctually and upright. As they should. As they must.

Still…
one can ruminate.

Buy the starter.
Or don’t.
But know this: each purchase swaddles my soul in a gauzy illusion of choice and a faint, resplendent aroma of wild yeast.
