All summer long we will be hosting a series of after hours pop ups in collaboration with some of our favorite local vendors and we could not be more excited to finally share this with you!

We are kicking things off this Friday, May 29th from 5 to 7 PM with the incredible Flora Wren! Their team will be set up outside the bakery with ready made bouquets and stems for building your own arrangement while we have some special offerings inside just for the evening.

Learn the art of naturally leavened bread in our hands-on Sourdough 101 class. We’ll walk through every step of the process, from feeding and maintaining your starter to mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking a beautiful artisan loaf at home. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence with sourdough, this class focuses on technique, timing, and creating bread that fits into your everyday rhythm. Each guest will leave with the knowledge to continue baking at home, plus their own loaf and starter to take with them.
