In simpler terms, I am a mom, baker, photographer, freelance blogger, and wife to a wonderful husband! I have been around great bakers for most of my life, the greatest being my mom. I have always viewed baking together as one of the best mother-daughter bonding moments and took im
mense pleasure in my grand kitchen roles (mainly dishwasher and spice passer)! However, it was not until I met my husband in college, that my true love for baking and all things sweet blossomed. Back then, my husband refused to eat baked goods, and I was determined to change his mind about them. Many sweet treats later, he is convinced desserts are awesome, and I have been baking ever since! When I am not getting flour on our kitchen floor and in my hair, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and watching our sweet baby Charlotte play with the kitchen spoons! It is with the constant support of my family, and unwavering grace from God, that I have been blessed to do something that brings me the greatest joy each day. And my only wish is that I can continue to share that joy with others!
