Policies

Payment and Deposit:

- All payments and refunds are made via e-transfer.

- 50% deposit required upon confirmation of order. All orders must be confirmed a minimum of 14 days prior to pick-up or delivery.

- Full payment is due 7 days before pick-up or delivery. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

- Full refund if cancelled prior to 14 days before pick-up or delivery.

- 50% refund if can

celled within 8 and 13 days before pick-up or delivery.

- No refund if cancelled within 7 days of pick-up or delivery.
