Clearly need some practice as it’s been a little over 3 months since I’ve really made anything sourdough but I do currently have a 100% gluten free starter made with almond flour. So I tried some pretzels. Slightly different cooking process than the regular sourdough pretzels but I’m impressed.

Also will have some gluten free triple chocolate sourdough sweet rolls later tonight/ in the morning!!

IM STILL HERE! 🙂
However, I’ve started a new job that is 12 hour shifts as well as taken on the challenge of going to college and as most of yall know I have a 4 almost 5 yr old. My schedule is extremely busy.
What does that mean for the business? I have no plans on shutting down completely but I don’t foresee myself participating in any markets for the remainder of the year. I am still accepting orders but need a reasonable time frame to prep my starter and bake said orders. I just received some honey from a local beekeeper and plan to try a few recipes with it.
To everyone who has supported me throughout the markets I’ve attended I want to say thank you. I greatly appreciate the support you have shown during a very difficult time. I love yall, hope yall are having a spectacular day/week/month.

Pedigo park. Tons of vendors of different kinds, kindness to the max out here. Nothing but good vibes and good people. Come check out my booth, grab a cinnamon roll for breakfast or some muffins, cookies or peach fritters.

Alright yall, we are just a short 9 days away from the Day of kindness event.
My hand has healed up nicely so I plan to start getting my starters ready for this event, I’ll be posting a menu for this event later tonight, some returning flavors but mostly new flavors and items.

Also I hope to have gluten free options available at least cinnamon rolls 🙏🏻🙏🏻 if not forgive me and have patience my gluten free peeps.
