My weekend project was a delicious success! 🍞 Swapped the chocolate for yeast and baked up some rustic bread alongside two incredible focaccias:

Here was this weekend's lineup:

* Plain Rustic Loaf: Crunchy outside, soft and meaty inside.
* Cheddar Cheese Rustic Loaf: The ultimate sandwich bread! 🧀
* Rosemary & Sun-Dried Tomato Focaccias: Pillowy perfection with a crispy bottom.

The Focaccia turned out so pillowy with the most amazing crispy bottom texture. I might have to add "bread baker" to my resume! I sliced into them and I can't stop eating them. Definitely looking forward to making more styles of bread and seeing what I can make!

Say hello to my new Seasonal Chocolate-Dipped Treats! From now through August 31st, you can add these stunning, custom-dipped sweets, wafer cookies, and cake pops to your orders. My regular menu isn't going anywhere. My entire menu and my cake pop flavors will change with the seasons, so expect a brand-new menu rollout starting September 1st! 🍂

Hi all! Sorry for the late post. Since it was Mother’s Day, I got a little sidetracked and wasn't able to work on things much today. I finally was able to sit down to at least get the big announcement out! 😅

This one-woman crew has been busy behind the scenes! First up, a HUGE shout-out to Michelle for her order today. She’s hosting a party with a full Glitz and Ganache spread: Coconut Cream, Turtle, Cherry, and Caramel Apple pies! 🥥🐢🍒🍎 Thank you for your order and I hope you and your guests enjoy every single bite!!!

So much for my big plans! 🤒 I was so excited to show you what I’ve been working on, but instead of announcing my new menu items today, the flu 🤧 caught up with me and I am officially down for the count. 😩
I promise my new items are worth the wait! I’m taking this time to rest and hydrate so I can get back to the kitchen ASAP. I’m aiming to be back on my feet and ready for the big reveal by the end of the week. 🥤💤

✨ Farewell 2025, Hello 2026! ✨

As we close out this year, my heart is just so full. I want to say a massive THANK YOU to every single one of you for the incredible support and love you’ve shown me since I started this journey with Glitz and Ganache. 💖

Even though it’s only been a month and a half since the official launch, it feels like a long time coming. I have been baking for years and have always dreamed of opening my own business, but for one reason or another, the timing was never right. I realize now that I had a lot to learn and go through to get to where I am today.

I’ve finally reached a place in my life where I don’t want to work for someone else anymore. I want the freedom to make my own decisions about how, when, and who I work with. I am so ready to be my own boss! 👩‍🍳✨

I am beyond excited for what’s coming in 2026! I’m currently working on an expanded menu to launch in the next couple of weeks, and my goal is to take this full-time in the very near future. I can’t wait for you all to see this journey unfold.

Wishing you all a spectacular New Year. See you in 2026... literally!
