When you are in 8th grade and a cottage baker - you get up at 6 am to have your orders ready before you head to school. You’ve solved 4 baking problems before your school day even starts. Then you have a full day of school and followed by soccer this evening. It’s a busy life - but that’s how our bakery rolls(in this case cinnamon rolls).

We’ve had quite a few online orders lately…… thank you! Online orders allow us to bake in small quantities between school and soccer matches. Speaking of soccer….. my team won our tournament last weekend, which is why I wasn’t at The Garden Gallery last week. Don’t worry I will be there in October.

Our neighbors rhubarb is going nuts….. so tomorrow at ladies day out at The Garden Gallery our cart will have rhubarb muffins (made with my mom’s homemade vanilla).

We once had a customer who had only ever had rhubarb with salt. He bought one muffin, came back and bought us out.
