We have been proud to share good news with our employees as we opened our 2027 benefits enrollment window over the past few days.

Many of our employees will see better benefits for similar to lower costs next year.

We hosted a visit from the RedCross yesterday to plan for an upcoming, on-site blood drive.

We look forward to helping the organization provide a needed resource to our local community.

We just completed our 401(k) transition to Voya. All of our employees are now [immediately] eligible in our plan, which has the following characteristics:

* Auto enrollment
* 100% match up to 4%
* Immediate vesting
* Roth option
* Low fee investment options
* Loan option when needed

We proudly just completed our 3 day SMETA audit. Our SMETA auditor was very complimentary about not only our progress but also the quality of our processes.

Over the past few months we have received positive feedback about our cultural transformation from our agency partners and auditor has reinforced such, after interviewing a representative cross-section of our workforce.

We have candidates tour our facilities every week to learn about our business before they start so they imagine working with us.

We're continuing to actively hire. We hire directly and we partner with a few local agencies to bring on contract workers on a temp to perm basis. We continue to convert folks every week and our orientation was full again this past Monday.

We were glad to welcome our first group of new hires since eligibility for our 401(k) became immediate. All of these new employees will be automatically enrolled in our plan at 1% so each will receive our company match to help them save for retirement.

* self awareness as step #1 on the path to further development
* group awareness to help optimize team dynamics

Yesterday, we welcomed our new Plant Manager, Louis Amaro.

After our Safety Committee discussed and agreed to its use last Thursday, our employees were invited to complete a new safety training and most have already completed. Such is key to our effort to establish a stronger safety culture that reflects our longstanding core values that safety is indeed our 1st priority.

This morning we welcomed another group of AeroTek candidates, which toured our South Plant. We were glad to have them with us.

We were delighted to welcome another group of Aerotek candidates to our plant this AM. We started these weekly tours earlier this month to give our candidates a better idea about what it is like to work with us and we're confident that such will make their onboarding experiences that much richer.
