Phase 2 of the Downtown Lincoln construction project begins today, and this will likely be the hardest phase for us. 😣 The stretch directly surrounding our Downtown Zen location, including 13th–16th on O Street, will now be under major construction as crews begin removing pavement and replacing aging infrastructure.
We want to remind everyone that we are OPEN throughout this entire project!! Sidewalks remain open, and there is still plenty of access to downtown! There is meter parking available along N Street and M Street with just a short walk over to O Street. The Eagle and University Place parking garages also offer the first hour free.
We also just want to say thank you. 🫶The support from this community means more than we can explain. So many of you have intentionally gone out of their way to continue supporting downtown businesses during all of this, and we truly feel it. Between navigating construction in both Downtown Lincoln and Downtown Omaha right now, the continued support, patience, and intentional effort to still visit our businesses has honestly meant so much to our team!
Every coffee run, social media share, recommendation to a friend or coworker, and intentional stop downtown truly matters right now more than you know. Thank you for continuing to support local through the chaos. We can’t wait to see the finished result together! ♥️
