Since school started, I haven’t really been baking much. But our school has an ongoing fundraising that started last week and supposedly the freshmen always have the lowest count so had to take out my apron and supplies for today’s bake sale.

I made coffee macarons (not pictured) and chocolate cupcakes. I was in a mad dash to head to school this morning, I was only able to take a picture of one of the many cupcakes I had made last night.
