Happy 77th Birthday Shirley!

Light and fluffy angel food cake layered with whipped cream cheese and fresh strawberry puree' with a homemade whip with a fresh blueberry puree rolled in. Then a fresh drizzle of blueberry puree'.

The filling and whip had no processed sugar added, only 1 Tbsp. of stevia which provided the right balance so not to be overly sweet.
