“I ordered the Twilight cake for my movie premier party, yes, that’s my cake you see on the website. As you can see the cake is absolutely amazing, incredible but it was also so good, delicious! The cake was half chocolate (team Jacob) and half vanilla (team Edward)….so creative, Sara! All I can say is OMG! You will love Sara’s cakes. My friends have already ordered cakes since the party.”
-Claudia Dawson

“Great looking cake and delicious to boot. Your cake was so nice and moist – not like a lot of bakery cakes that are somewhat dry.”

An interesting tidbit article about the salt I use in my cakes and at home: HIMALAYAN SALT

I made this cake for my hubby for Father's Day =) It is a classic Tiramisu cake with vanilla sponge cake marbled with espresso, coffee liqueur and organic sugar syrup, vanilla bean cream cheese ganache and Cadbury dark chocolate shavings.

This cake was chocolate cake on top and pink and purple confetti on bottom with vanilla buttercream. All decorations were made with my marshmallow fondant in lavender and pink accents. (The color was more lavender than blue but my camera made it look that way.)

These cupcakes were 1 dozen red velvet/vanilla bean buttercream and 1 dozen white chocolate/coconut cream frosting. The design is the queen frog and baby tree frogs with leaves and flowers.

This cake was chocolate with orange spice buttercream with ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate shavings.

This was a cookies and cream cake with fondant and buttercream decorations. It was specially created for a return customer returning home from oversees. A BIG THANK-YOU to all of our soldiers risking their lives everyday for our freedom! We appreciate you!!

These are all in the exact order from beginning to end of 2010 except for the staircase wedding cake. I made that one in 2006.

I'm officially announcing that I am putting the business on hold for now. =( But don't worry, I am still going to make cakes as a hobby for friends and family and keep all of the orders I still have. =) THANK YOU! To everyone who supported me in launching OMG Cakery and to all of my fans! I love you!! ~Sara Jones, OMG Cakery

Thank you to all of my loyal customers this past year! You really made 2010 very special and exciting for OMG Cakery! Unfortunately, I will not be accepting any more orders unless they will be due after March of this year (we are relocating to Olympia). I will continue business as usual once we are settled in! Thanks Everyone! ~Sara Jones, OMG Cakery

A very yummy Christmas and a Happy Cake year to everyone! And happy cookie days! lol =) I'm taking a holiday break but will be back in the New Year!

This was a red and green velvet cake with buttercream frosting and fondant. The cake was for Apple Physical Therapy in Tacoma who decorated their entire office in the Grinch theme for a competition against the other Apple PT locations. I think they are going to win for sure! =)

This was a vanilla cake with toasted coconut buttercream. All of the decorations I made out of my fondant including Woody and Buzz, except for the martian/rocket candle.

This cake was for my son's 2nd birthday, the anniversary of the beginning of OMG Cakery! Everything was fondant except for the candles. Even the characters. The cake was confetti (vanilla with sprinkles) and Oreo.

have you been wondering why I haven't posted in a while? My son's birthday was this last week. I will post pics of his cake now! =)

Who wants to see a ferret cake? lol

This was a white chocolate cake with dark chocolate almond buttercream.

This was a chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese buttercream. It is a model of Darth Vader's head complete with stars and a light saber. Come to the Dark Side... we have cake! lol

This was a red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream and also for a friends son's birthday who helped make it.

This was an Oreo chocolate cake with vanilla creme buttercream. It was for a friends son's 1st birthday who also helped make it.

I have a few cakes to post... I'll do that now =)
