Who loves funnel cakes? This is a quick and simple treat to make with your children. All you need is flour, egg, baking powder, sugar, powder sugar, milk, oil, and a funnel sprout. This funnel cake is quick and simple to make. The funnel cake is good with a sprinkle of powder sugar, and make sure to add scoops of vanilla ice cream on top.

3 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
oil for frying
powdered sugar for dusting or toppings of your choice

Who likes chocolate covered strawberries? I love chocolate covered strawberries. Chocolate covered strawberries make an easy and elegant dessert. There's nothing more romantic than a juicy berry dipped in rich chocolate! Best of all, this dessert is incredibly easy to make! I made these, but may have gotten a little carried away with the white drizzles. 🤭

Try these steps for preparing the perfect dessert:

1. Wash 1 dozen strawberries and dry them well.
2. Place 1 cup of chocolate morsels in a microwave safe bowl,
and microwave until it is melted, stirring after every 30
seconds until all the morsels have melted. If you are using
low quality chocolate chips add a little shortening to thin it
out.
3. Now for the fun part...holding a strawberry by the stem, dip
it in chocolate, twirling it in a circular motion to evenly cover
most of the strawberry.
4. Place the strawberries on a baking sheet covered with
parchment paper to avoid sticking.
5. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes to set the chocolate, and
enjoy your homemade chocolate covered strawberries.

I made this creamy Oreo pie, and it was easy as 1,2,3. This delicious no bake pie only requires the following:
1. Oreo pie shell
2. Cream cheese (Philadelphia)
3. Whip Cream
Let it chill in the fridge for about a hour.
This Oreo cream pie will be one of the easiest desserts you’ll ever make. Enjoy!

What is breakfast without my home made, mouth watering cinnamon rolls. These are the perfect rolls that melts in your mouth with every bite. There is nothing better than the pleasant smell of cinnamon rolls throughout your house. Yum

Made from scratch, with lots of butter and lots of sugar, lunchroom cookies are not on Chicago Public School menus anymore, but they are still available through me, and area bakeries. Once you taste my cookies, there is no stopping.
