Our sourdough starter, Doughlilah, just turned 2 years old this month! 🥳🎉
To celebrate, we’re drying out plenty of starter to share with y’all. She’s strong, well-established, and ready for endless baking possibilities.

This step helps build structure, improve elasticity, and set the stage for a beautiful

Confession: I’ve always loved slicing into my own sourdough loaf 😅 it’s so satisfying.
BUT I know convenience is king!
Maybe you’re like me that loves that first slice moment 😍 or maybe you just want toast FAST… 🍞💨
Thanks to a sweet Christmas gift from my husband you can now choose pre-sliced or unsliced upon ordering and I’ll be offering these in markets as well!
