I wasn’t able to bring myself to post the other day with everything heavy going on in the world. It just didn’t feel right to talk about something light in that moment with so much going on.

But today I do want to share something that brings a little comfort and joy—my homemade peach jalapeño pepper jelly. It’s that perfect mix of sweet and spicy, delicious with cream cheese and crackers or even brushed over meats as a glaze. Perfect for a quick snack or party appetizer-
I was able to grab one more box of Cunningham Colorado peaches and I added diced fresh jalapeño and bell pepper.

It has been tested by my husband and I got a “Now, that’s apple butter!” So you know it’s good! 😆

With my Spiced Peach Pie Filling (made with delicious Colorado Cunningham peaches) 🍑 and my most requested Dry Cake Mix, you can whip up the perfect dump cake in minutes.
Just dump, add melted butter on top and bake. (don’t forget a scoop of vanilla ice cream!) Makes for a warm, easy and cozy dessert that’s perfect for gatherings or when you just need a little something sweet. 😋
