THE 3RD ANNUAL CROSSROADS CLASSIC IS OFFICIALLY IN THE BOOKS! 💙💛💙

This past weekend, I had seven incredible athletes step onstage, and I could not be more proud of every one of them:

✨ Michal - Inspiration/Transformation
✨ Erin - Tested Bikini and Wellness
✨ Rachael - Non-Tested Bikini
✨ Ray - Inspiration/Transformation
✨ Patty - Non-Tested Bikini and Wellness

Each athlete had a completely different journey, but they all showed incredible discipline through it all! Watching them all confidently step onstage and share everything they worked so hard is my absolute favorite part of coaching! Placings and awards are cool, but they will never tell the full story behind the sacrifice it took to get there!

This was our third year hosting the Crossroads Classic, and an event like this truly takes a village. Thank you to our incredible helpers, staff, sponsors, vendors, tanning crew, hair & makeup team, judges, and head judge. Thank you to every family member, friend, and supporter who came out and helped make this event so special!

This year also gave me a moment I will never forget. Ray and my dad surprised me with the Belinda Linder Award, created in honor of my mom. This award is given to an athlete who is supportive, motivating, and cheerful, and I was incredibly honored to receive it this year!

Having my mom’s name and legacy connected to something so meaningful was emotional beyond words. I hope I can continue carrying her light forward and making her proud through the way I support and encourage others!

Thank you to everyone who helped make the 2026 Crossroads Classic possible. Year 3 is officially in the books, and my heart is so full! 💙

Still early in her journey… but WOW. What a first show!! 🔥

Tay, you came in as the leanest athlete I’ve ever coached, and somehow, the more carbs and fats we added, the harder and leaner you looked. Nothing softens you!! That kind of response is crazy rare, and it’s going to make this next building phase really fun!

We learned a lot this weekend, and it was exactly what we expected… Bikini is where you belong 💁‍♀️

Now it’s time to grow! Quads, glutes, overall fullness, and we’re about to build something special!!

I need everyone to take a second and give a HUGE congratulations to my friend and business partner, Ray Willingham 👏

Update: I will not be competing at the end of this month. Life has been throwing some punches lately, and sometimes you just have to analyze what is more important and take a step back.

With that being said, we are still out here putting the work in, and I appreciate all of you who have asked, understood, and supported my decision! ❤️🙏💪

I do have a client competing in the comp I was going to do though, and she is looking spot on! I can’t wait to see her dominate!
