ReMerge moms participate in job-readiness programs and classes to help them build essential job skills for their future career success. We believe that all women have the power to transform their lives through employment. So we hire unemployed women and mothers who are justice involved and we teach them vocational skills by giving them the opportunity to work in our cookie bakery and by providing

The Catalyst Cookies Coordinator will assist in overseeing a vocational training program for ReMerge which aims to help participants build work experience in addition to technical and employability skills. The Coordinator role will oversee the cookie production process, including managing orders, baking, packaging, and sales; play a significant role in participant skill development, including providing hands-on training and in-classroom training; track participant progress, and will help manage Catalyst Cookies social media channels and participant payroll. Overall, the Coordinator will help improve participants’ workplace confidence, job readiness, and ability to obtain and maintain stable employment.
