Unlike traditional bakeries, our physical location is mainly our service operation, or where the baking magic happens! Since we do not maintain a typical retail store front, we can focus all of our time, energy and creativity toward providing extra care and consideration to you, our customer, and providing fine quality, fresh flavors and beautiful products. Our home bakery was established in late 2019. The bakery is a licensed Home Kitchen Operation under the full business name. I, Mary Doerschuck, am a certified (CFPM)/Food Service Sanitation Manager (FSSMC) in the state of Illinois.
