We’ll be at the Eagle’s Club in Merrill this Saturday for the Hop Into Spring Craft & Vendor Sale 🐣

We’ll have a table full of fresh bakes—sourdough made with organic flour, babka, cinnamon rolls, cookies, cakes, and a few extras we’ve been working on 👀 including some gluten-friendly options. Come early to ensure to get your favorites.

“Sourdough Inclusions” class last night at Grebe’s Chef’s Center! 🥖✨
Big thanks to Grebe’s for hosting such fantastic culinary classes and sharing their space with our community—it’s such a great resource for all of us home bakers and food lovers.
Shoutout to everyone who showed up ready to learn, share tips, laugh, and enjoy all things sourdough. Your energy made the evening so fun!
And a huge thank you to the amazing volunteers who helped clean up after my inevitable mess (flour everywhere, as usual 😂).
But most importantly: Have fun with it, don’t get overwhelmed, and keep experimenting! Sourdough is forgiving, and practice makes perfect. We’re all in this together—if you have questions, need advice, or just want to commiserate when your spouse gives you the side-eye over yet another starter on the counter (or that loaf you forgot in the oven 😅), reach out. Happy to help!
