These lemon blueberry muffins were part of a special order heading to a baby shower today, along with cookies and banana nut muffins.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far!

I wanted to share a quick update from my little bakery. With my vehicle currently out of commission, I'll be focusing on pre-orders and custom orders for now. Honestly, that's pretty exciting because I'm already booked with orders almost every week this month! 🥰

Because of that, I won't have single ready-to-go items available this week. Instead, I'll be baking to order so everything is made fresh just for you. Whether you need a small treat order, a family dessert, or goodies for a special event, just send me a message and we'll make it happen.

After a few unexpected days helping family, I finally made it back into the kitchen today to fiinish this order of cookies for an event in Andrews 🤍

Happy Monday from Shay’s Bites 💚

Today’s large order going out included frozen take & bakes, a Rice Krispie treat tray, jams, pistachio marbled loaves, and these beautiful pistachio brownies 🍫

I also wanted to let everyone know that for the time being, I won’t be baking ready-to-go single treats or making deliveries while I help care for my grandson as my daughter recovers from a recent car accident. Thankfully everyone is okay, but family comes first right now.
