April is Head & Neck Cancer Awareness Month ❤️

In honor of this month, 10% of all April sales will be donated to UT Southwestern Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center.

This month is dedicated to remembering and honoring everyone who has fought, or will fight this disease. For me, it’s especially personal as I honor my dad, Shawn Allen Barr (1/31/1975 – 8/7/2021).

He’s the reason this business exists. He taught me what a strong work ethic looks like. After he passed, I started paying closer attention to food labels and started to make small changes. Baking my own bread was the first step toward a healthier lifestyle. That step eventually turned into this bakery.

When you support my bakery this month, you’re doing more than buying bread. You’re helping make a difference.
