My journey with While They Nap started with my own son. After learning about his severe allergies to eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame at 6 months old, I realized how hard it was to find a bakery I could truly trust. I started decorating cookies because I wanted him to have the "safe cupcake" (or cookie!) and never feel left out.
