Late post on Santa Cruz Meetup with .restaurant

So much fun. 💥

In the days before enci sweets came alive, everywhere I looked, ever product I picked up was packed with crap ingredients.

I couldn’t understand. I knew I could make a treat with simple, healthy ingredients in my own kitchen. Why is nobody doing this?

We won’t all agree perfectly on what clean eating is, but it is definitely not loads of sugar, fillers, synthetic colors and 80 other mystery ingredients.

That’s the why enci sweets had to be born. It’s abt bringing (and elevating) consciousness toward what you put in your body, feeling good and healing.

enci sweets has always been about: less is more, simple is more, and high quality is where’s its at.

Appreciate Brendan’s tireless work to wake people up to the health myths of Big Food and sensationalized junk food (e.g. Crumbl cookie)

Brendan invested a hefty amount to buy 800 enci sweets cookies (only to give them away) + gave away 1000 tubs of electrolytes - in a proud demonstration FOR HEALTH. 💥

I know… he might need to run for mayor..

Events like this, seeing young people excited about locking in their health, helps me to KNOW a big shift is happening NOW.
