🫐 Blueberry & lemon — 7/10.
Turned out nice, but a little too subtle for our taste.

🍊 Cranberry & orange — 10/10.
A clear favorite — richer and more expressive. Juicy cranberries bringing brightness, orange adding warmth and aroma, all wrapped in a well-developed sourdough crumb and crust.

I packed three loaves for Katherine — jalapeño cheddar x2 and roasted garlic — and added a couple of cookies for her to sample.

We’ve been experimenting with new flavors lately, so sometimes when you grab a loaf, you might find a little surprise in your bag too. I just love sharing what comes out of the oven while it’s still warm and exciting.
