Part of complying with the Va Cottage Food Law (VACFL) is to label the cookies with ingredients. Hence, 160 of these guys are being labeled. 😳
That, folks, is one of the reasons why these treats $$costs$$ the way they are. From buying the ingredients, preparing the dough, cut and bake, prepare icing and decorate/print, then packaging and labeling in the end. I do print my own labels since I enjoy creating that part, too!
It is a lot of work but if you enjoy and love what you do, it’s all worth it. 🙂

Upgraded my DTF (direct to food) printer and here’s a preview. Meet Eddie @eddie_edibleinkprinter . I’m totally amazed by this printer. Printed 8 cookies in 1:52 seconds. That’s a lot waaay faster than my previous printer. Technology is wonderful. FYI- it’s edible ink :)
