It's been an amazing 5 years of baking. I've had the honor of making countless birthday, anniversary, graduation and wedding cakes. However, all good things must come to an end. I've been offered an opportunity to go back to my first love for a while: interior design. I didn't realize how much I'd missed it until I downloaded the latest version of Auto CAD and was knee deep in fabric selections recently. 😁 So, I'll be honoring the orders I still have on the calendar but an no longer accepting new orders (for the time being). I'll still be hobby baking so if you find yourself in need of cake for a celebration, hit me up.
I always enjoy a good Frozen cake because I love making modeling chocolate snowflakes! Chocolate cake filled with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and raspberry jam. Finished with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and modeling chocolate.

Little fluffy bunny bums! I might have Easter cakes on the brain. 😉🐰 I’m planning on making a 6” carrot cake (serve 10-12) with cream cheese buttercream adorned with some cute bunnies and Easter eggs. Price: $45. I’m planning on a limited number, so if you’re interested, don’t wait!

My sweet nephew has been asking for a candy cake for his birthday for the better part of 6 months. No disappointment here! 🍭🍭🍭 Vanilla and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream (his favorite), with lots of sour candy.

It’s wedding cake Wednesday! Don’t let this simple beauty fool you! It’s packed with lots of goodies! The bottom tier is lemon cake filled with lemon curd and finished with a cream cheese buttercream. The top-tier is vanilla cake filled with fresh raspberries and pastry cream and finished with a raspberry Italian buttercream. And those flowers??? Totally worth it! Congratulations G & D!!!
