Good, Butter, Best French pastry, comforting desserts, some Filipino flavors, and with a side of whimsy and excellence.

Good, Butter, Best is the creation of Diana Halog Sicat who graduated from UC Berkeley, but was always influenced by growing up and making desserts with her mother. After a stint in the professional realm, she got certified in Pastry Arts from the ST Pastry school. She had the opportunity to learn from pastry masters such as Stephane Treand, MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), Jean-Marc Touya, and Franck Riffaud. Now she takes her appreciation of French pastry and interspersing her Filipino-American heritage into her pastries.
