For those of you who are not familiar with this unwavering French tradition, here’s a recap: Galette des Rois is a French tradition associated with the Epiphany. It is a pastry made of puff pastry filled and baked with almond cream. A small figurine, a “fève,” is hidden inside, and the person who finds it in their slice is crowned king or queen for the day. The celebration often includes gathering with family and friends.
