I had forgotten how delicious Classic English scones are until I made them this morning. Of course I scrape a nice sized vanilla bean in the cream. . I made them for tomorrow’s special order and I will have an extra pack with me if you’d like it. Also an extra loaf of classic English Muffin bread. I’ll be back at the Market on June 20 with all the goodies

Although at this point, it doesn’t appear I will be able to bake for Saturdays Market, I am meeting a friend/customer at the Pavilion, with English Muffin Bread, Chocolate Lovers Chocolate Chip Cookies, sugar cookies and Plain English Scones. If you would like me to bring any of thise items for you as well, please let me know. I think I’m meeting them at 11:00.

I made extra croissants dough for tomorrow. If rolling them all out takes i too long to roll them out in the am, I may not be able to make scones . Cross your fingers . They rise for 2 hours b4 baking which is usually when I make scones. We’ll see.

I wish I had time to make all my cookies today but I don’t. I’m making Chocolate Lovers Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Cranberry . Which additional would you rather have - peanut butter or molasses?

I think I should come to the Market on May 23 as well as June 20. On the 23rd I can bring a few Patriotic treats if you need anything to help celebrate your Memorial Day celebration. Please let me know what you’d like. When I’ve heard, I’ll provide a menu.
