Rain, rain!

Rooted & Rise: The Farmstand will be CLOSED TODAY given the weather coming in. If there's something you need (are you out of 🥚's?) we're happy to set up pickups through out the day - just comment/message to arrange!

You'll find us in the kitchen today as it's the first dough day of the week! We're prepping loaves, scones, cinnamon rolls and muffins today for long ferment to be picked tomorrow (REKO and local), Friday (local) and Saturday (local).

We'll also be whipping up some more jam, getting some canning accomplished, hopefully wrapping up some sports essays for school & prepping for a summer learning USA Research Project! 🤞

For those planning to visit the Farmstand this weekend...what are you hoping to find? I'm finalizing flavors and could probably sneak your favorites in! 😉

Last call!

Our weekly pre-order menu closes TONIGHT! If fresh baked goods without a kitchen full of dirty dishes is you jam I gotchu!

The next few weeks will be B.U.S.Y with events, holiday bakes and our own, personal calender SO remember, if you're looking to guarantee you get your favorites pre-order is the way to go!

The Farmstand will continue hours as is, open daily 8am to dusk, however I can't promise what you love will be here when you are 😬🤪

Even on the dreary, non-bake days we're in the kitchen over here! Today is crafting a restock with a recipe I came up with two years ago that fills your house with a scent I only dream I could bottle up for you...

(Maybe that means a new candle scent collab with Wooded Wax Co.?! 🤔)

🍑 Maple Peach Whisky Jam 🍑

I say I have favorites alot, I know. But this one really does take a cake! I was making Peach Jam two years ago and thought "What if I sub out some of the sugar with maple syrup to add to the flavor complexity?"

Heaven.
Heaven on earth.

And at the last minute my brain said "But what if I toss a hint of whisky in there TOO?!?!?" And that's exactly how this was born.

I've sold out quickly the last two years given it's creative nature and uniqueness so, if you want a jar for yourself this year keep your eyes open! It is coming to weekly pre-orders and the Farmstand as soon as I have it done...

Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls 🤎✨

Soft, fluffy, swirled with cinnamon sugar goodness and topped with the perfect amount of sweetness… these aren’t your average cinnamon rolls.

Our sourdough cinnamon rolls are made with a long fermentation process that lets the dough slowly develop flavor, creating that tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture you can only get from sourdough. Each batch takes time, patience, and a whole lot of love (and yes…lots of waiting while the dough does its thing 😉).

The perfect start for the day?

A fresh made biscuit paired with Homemade Strawberry Rhubarb Jam...

Or at least that's how I started my day while the boys enjoyed breakfast sandwiches made with the same, flaky biscuits.

The versatility is the second reason why I love those Sourdough Biscuits so dang much. The first? The buttery, flaky goodness and the slight tang of sourdough. So friggin' good.

There's a handful of fresh baked goods still in the Farmstand including a few Inclusion Loaves, Sourdough Scones and Sourdough Turtle Brownies. The Chicken and Quail eggs flew today (all puns intended!) but they've been restocked too! So, come snag a few goodies and make this cloudy day a bit more bright!

Also, our weekly pre-order menu is open too! It'll close Tuesday evening.
