Today was a chilly day here, so Dinner @ Sweet Vette menu was chilli with all the fixins ... sour cream, shredded cheese and crackers with a tossed salad and sweet potato pie.

I made this 🥗 salad for dinner in a couple hours. I will add some chicken to it at that tme. Preparing my meals before hand is a great technique to maintaining and/or losing a few lbs. I'm down 12 Lbs over the last four weeks.

I whipped up 5 mouth watering sweet potato pies. Delic
