I would love to work from a bakery or restaurant and am open to any options. A bag of Yeast Rolls for Holidays, or any occasion, will cost $18.00 for a dozen. They freeze well and reheat even better. I can make them as loaves if you prefer. Our Sticky Buns are $24.00 a dozen, which makes them $12.00 cheaper than if you buy them separate. Our Sandwiches run $6.00 to $7.50, so stop by and try one. f you want an event with sandwiches our prices are very reasonable. With sides would run $12.00 per person. Let's discuss your needs and see what we can come up.

Ok, I am getting ready for Christmas on the Square December 3rd in downtown Live Oak. I am making Pumpkin Nut Bread, Banana Nut Bread, Pumpkin Custard Pie, Brownies, Fudge, and more. I can take credit cards or cash. If there is something you want that I have not listed, call me and I will make it for you to pick up at my booth. You can now reach me all day by either my cell (386)854-5626 with a text or call, and my home (386) 935-6532. My Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Mousse and Chocolate Ganache is my most popular cake. All cakes and pies are made from scratch. I can't quote you here, you will need to talk to me. However, a normal size cake, layer or sheet will run about $25.00 - $40.00. Would still like to find a Restaurant that is willing to let me provide their desserts.

I am so devastated. I thought I had found the perfect fit for me and the restaurant that was interested in my baking for him. However, first he tells me he will call me so we can talk, and now I haven't heard squat. I have sent a couple of msg's just to keep in touch, but no response. I have lost a lot of time waiting for him when I could have been still looking. I really wish this guy, Ron, would just make this happen and I could get started making some money and making him a LOT OF MONEY. He has a GM that knew me briefly from the bakery, and he doesn't like me and had made it clear that I will never be hired, even though it was the owner that contacted me. Win some, lose some......good night all.
I can't wait to start baking again. I was dreaming of my Chocolate French Silk Pie with real Whipped Cream.....Everything from scratch. If anyone needs proof, I do have some blue ribbons from contest that I have entered locally. Whoever I get to work with, they will be getting a baker, caterer, former Food & Beverage Mgr, and other skills that might be handy. Jim and I are still fighting to stay here. We don't want to lose everything we have, and we have no where else to go as we have no money to open somewhere else. We are broke and desperate. Please come in and have lunch, or even a piece of cake with some coffee. If everyone would come in, we would be able to stay. I don't like to beg, but I am doing just that. Please help us out. We are going to have to close as there is just not enough business. We are signed up for the Olustee Festival on the 14th and 15th of February that we are going to still participate in. At least we should quick butt and makes lots of money with the food, especially our BBQ Pork. I don't know if we are closing now, or at the end of the festival. Should a miracle happen, then we will stay open.......otherwise, our time is up. Tears are flowing freely, so don't be surprised if you catch me with red eyes. I am going to start making a bunch of Pumpkin, Pecan and some Apple pies for your Christmas Dinners. Please place your order to make sure you don't get left out. With the increase in Pecan Prices, Pecan Pies will now be $27.50, Pumpkin will remain the same at $20 and Apple will be $18.00. All pies are 10 3/4".

If any of you are in town, stop by and grab a sandwich or some homemade ice cream. We now have two new flavors, Egg Nog and Mocha. We really need a little help right now as the economy is hurting everyone. We have coupons in Suwannee Valley Times and on the register tape at Winn Dixie. I will also make this a BOGO 1/2 off any sandwich except the Reubun due to the higher cost to make this sandwich.
I am going to start making my Pumpkin pies and my Pumpkin Custard pies so you can put it in the freezer for a Goulish Halloween Party, or just for yourself. You can also leave them in there for Thanksgiving.....
It's time to start thinking about ordering your Holiday Pumpkin Dessert. My favorite is my Pumpkin Custard Pie covered in Whipped Cream, not Cool Whip. The pie is only $20.00 and it is a good 10 3/4". Don't buy cheap imitations when mine is all homemade, including my crust.
My new Ice Cream, Banana Split, is doing very well. It has bananas and cherries in it and boy does it taste great. Another new one that is popular is our Reese's Peanut Butter.

Our soup today is Roasted Red Pepper Potato and tomorrow we will also have Chili. Everything is homemade from scratch.
Ok friends and family, we need y'all stopping by for lunch, desserts, coffee or some good ole homemade ice cream. I have PB & J cupcakes made with Strawberry Jam and Peanut Butter Buttercream frosting. We also have our Orange Creamsicle, Caramel Apple, Red Velvet, Chocolate.
