I may have been quiet on here the past month or so but very much active! Here is a set I did this past week for a birthday party 🥳

With that being said the rest of July and August I will not be taking on any Sugar cookie orders as I will not have the time to dedicate to them as I will be getting married and buying a house ❤️

Once we are settled in I will be taking orders for sugar cookies 🍪

I love that baking is something I get to share with so many!

There’s a little boy who loves the Police, so we went with themed Vanilla sugar cookies to bring by that idea to life 🚨

Fun fact, I taught myself how to do sugar cookies with royal icing because I was regularly buying them for gifts. Finally one day I thought to myself “surly I could make these too!” And well here we are 🤪

Baby shower cookies 🍪
This week I dedicated my attention to these western themed sugar cookies.

My sugar cookies are not the typical holiday cut outs they are a more dense and moist cookie topped with a hard icing. Royal icing starts as a liquid and drys hard but in order to decorate like you see below you have to work with 2 different consistencies to outline and flood your cookie.
The Royal icing topped onto the cookie adds moisture back into the sugar cookie creating the perfect little treat for special occasions or gifts!
