Made with slow-roasted tomatoes straight from my garden, roasted garlic, Parmesan cheese & Italian herbs folded into my naturally fermented sourdough.

Savory, cheesy, garlicky and full of late-summer tomato flavor. 🍅🧄🧀

I’ll be home this weekend, and next week the kitchen is officially warming back up. 🤎

Every loaf is slow-fermented over 3 days, then baked fresh with simple ingredients, plenty of patience, and a whole lot of love.
