Market season is upon us! 🤩

You’ll have a few places to find me this summer but I’m stoked to be attending the summer markets in Milan this year!

A new change to my market menu - I will only have sourdough bread items, including a few new items. 🫣

New sourdough loaf - only available at Giles Meats! 🫣🤩

The original artisan loaf with a fun twist, beef tallow!
Beef tallow gets incorporated into the initial mix, creating a richer, softer crumb and helps produce a thin, crispy golden crust.
Almost comparable to a brioche style loaf.

Stop out this weekend and grab one, browse the store for more local products and grab some BBQ.
If you haven’t been out yet, tomorrow is the perfect time! 👏
