Ohh baby! Can’t wait to get our next product to market! Months in development and now orking on the Badger GF Pizza Dough logo and packaging. What does the hive mind think? Frozen dough ball? Frozen rolled out crust? Frozen par baked shell? Other? So happy with this dough, great earthy flavor, great crunch—so yummy!

Today is our one year Bagel-Versary! A big shout out to all our retail and cafe partners—and all Badger Bagel fans near and far. Excited to have our first year behind us and to continue growing.
Super excited to announce that the Badger brand will soon be launching a frozen GF Pizza dough! Been working on this behind the scenes and excited to get it into circulation! More info coming soon.

First delivery today is our newest market ! In a previous life I helped preserve this farm with a conservation easement. As with many local Maine farms being able to have a value added marketplace greatly increases sustainability. Springbrook is a great local market with fresh baked goodies, eggs, meats, dairy, veggies, fruits…and Badger Bagels! Stop on by Greely Road in Cumberland.

News from the Badger Den! These beauties heading out today in bags of five to our newest account the Portland Food Coop. For our Western Maine friends you can get our bagels at Mainely Provisions in Bethel and you can get your freshly toasted bagels at the wonderful new Poland Provisions (aka Atwood Farm market) on Rte 26 in Poland. More coming online soon along with a new product announcement from Sligo Foods!
