*I do not cover cakes in fondant but can achieve the same look with buttercream.
*I require at least a week’s notice as I run my business out of my home and still work a full time job that requires me to be out town a lot.

This was first for me and a new challenge for sure! Learned a lot from this one but still pretty pleased with how it turned out!
Cake is french vanilla cake with Italian cream filling and vanilla buttercream frosting.

Merry Christmas Carrot Cake
I just made this for fun for my family for our Christmas together today! It’s a made from scratch carrot cake with cream cheese frosting between the layers and for the outside decoration.
The Texas A&M Graduation cakes at the event yesterday! They look great with the decor!
Texas A&M University Graduation Cake
The bigger cake with the graduation cap on it is a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for the filling and outside of the cake and fondant decorations. The smaller cake is a triple chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese frosting for the filling with chocolate chips between the layers as well with cream cheese frosting for the outside and fondant and buttercream decorations.
Pretty pleased with how well I nailed that burgundy color too and the T A&M logo!
Simple yet elegant two tiered wedding cake.
I don’t often do wedding cakes but I was happy to be able to help out some dear friends of mine for their daughter’s wedding yesterday and everything went so smoothly with getting the cake there and setting it up (that’s always what stresses me out the most 😱)!
The entire cake is chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling with vanilla buttercream frosting on the outside and gold flakes around the top of each tier. I also made a dozen vegan (dairy free and gluten free cupcakes that were chocolate with dairy free buttercream frosting). This venue was absolutely gorgeous! Loved that I got to see my friends for a little bit before the wedding and their lovely daughter the bride!
Harry Potter Birthday Cake
Cake is cookies and cream flavored with vanilla buttercream frosting for the outside and some fondant decorations and edible gold flakes. The last few pictures are from the party! Such a cute set up! Looks like they had so much fun!

I got another Taco Bout 2 themed cake and cookie order! I so love this theme!
The cake is a marble cake (vanilla and chocolate swirled together) with a strawberry compote filling and vanilla buttercream frosting for the outside decoration. The twin tacos are made from fondant as well as the number 2.
Made the sugar cookies from scratch and decorated them with vanilla Royal icing. I’m still learning how to work with Royal icing but I’m getting a little better each time I attempt these cookies! I think they turned out pretty cute!
Repeat client! I made their twin’s birthday cakes last year as well!

Pumpkin cupcakes for a Fall themed baby shower!
The cupcakes were pumpkin flavored and spice cake flavored with cream cheese frosting on top. I was told they were a hit!

This is a 10” round marble cake with strawberry compote filling between 3 layers. Decorated with vanilla buttercream frosting and fondant and the little baby is made with white chocolate. The only non edible things are the laces on the baby shoes and the basketball.

The cake I made to take over to my friend’s house for a BBQ on Saturday evening! It’s a lemon cake with raspberry compote filling and vanilla buttercream frosting! It was very yummy! I got to enjoy one of my cakes finally! It was such a fun night too with our married couple friends that we made a number of months back! Looking forward to spending more time with them soon!
“N” shaped cake
The cake is vanilla with. Raspberry filling between the top layer and the bottom layer with vanilla buttercream frosting for the top and border of the cake. I used silk flowers and lots of yummy treats for decorations on the top! She happy customer! it was for a going away party!

This cake may look familiar as well! I was asked to make the same cake I made for another sweet 3 year old’s birthday! So here it is! The cake is a vanilla cake dyed red and blue on the inside with strawberry compote filling and vanilla buttercream frosting for the outside and the name and number 3 were made with fondant.
Love that this is a completely original design too!

Drunk Ken doll cake!
This was a vanilla cake with strawberry mousse filling and vanilla buttercream frosting for the outside decorations and blue chocolate ganache drip for the top and lots of sprinkles! Loved the Barbie sized beer bottles and cans! 🤣
Both these cakes were for the same client!
The drunk barbies cake was a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting for the filling and outside of the cake. It was topped with a pink chocolate ganache and loads of sprinkles!
The SpongeBob cake was a triple chocolate fudge cake with chocolate mousse for the filling and cream cheese frosting for the outside. Decorations were mostly frosting but the letters were made with fondant and the sand was made out of a brown sugar and regular sugar mix.
Two tiered pink baby shower cake!
Bottom tier is a strawberry cake with cheesecake filling and the top tier is a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. Decorated with vanilla buttercream frosting on the outside and some small fondant decorations!
Brown and Gold themed cake and another Chocolate covered Strawberry Hennessy cake
These two were ordered for the same client one for her daughter’s birthday and one for her hubby’s birthday.
She gave me creative freedom for the brown and gold and man I love it when clients let me do that! In love with how that one turned out!
The cake is a vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling and a dark chocolate buttercream for the outside and the fans on top are solid chocolate pieces I brushed edible gold dust on and used edible gold leaf for the detail along the side and top of the cake.
The Hennessy cake is a red velvet with cream cheese frosting for the filling and for the outside of the cake with a chocolate ganache drip, chocolate covered strawberries and homemade chocolate filigrees and Ferrero Rocher chocolates.

Coffee themed Birthday Cake
This may look very familiar as I’ve made this almost same exact cake for a friend’s husband’s birthday a little over a year ago!
Well someone else loved it so much they wanted it too!
Cake is triple chocolate fudge cake with a Reese’s peanut butter cup type filling and both vanilla and chocolate buttercream for the outside with chocolate covered coffee beans on each dollop on top of the cake.
Giant Donut 1st Birthday Cake!
Got to try out a new giant donut shaped cake pan for this one! The cake is a strawberry cake with strawberry compote filling and vanilla buttercream frosting for the outside and the ”pink icing” on top is made with fondant and sprinkles. Turned out so good! Happy 1st Birthday Jax!
Messy style cupcakes
This was harder for me than I thought it would be! I think they turned out pretty cute though in the end! 18 chocolate cupcakes and 18 vanilla cupcakes I put both vanilla and chocolate buttercream on top of each and added some fun sprinkles and chocolate cake crumbs to some as well! Made for some dear friends of mine!
Crown Royal Groom’s cake, Silver and white ganache drip Wedding cake and a dozen matching silver and white cupcakes.
Groom’s cake is chocolate with vanilla buttercream frosting between the layers, vanilla buttercream frosting for the outside as well as fondant and wrapped candies. The silver wedding cake is a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting between the layers and on the outside with white chocolate ganache drip, silk flowers and sprinkles. The cupcakes were chocolate and vanilla with vanilla buttercream frosting and sprinkles.
Love the way they looked amongst the decor too! The bride faced time me yesterday to show me and told me everyone kept going on about the cakes! 😍
Drunk Barbie 21st Birthday Cake
First of all can I just say that I am getting better and better at these drip ganache cakes every time I make one! Keep those drip cake orders coming in cause I think I’ve gotten it down pretty well now! This was a marble cake (chocolate and vanilla mixed together) with a confetti cake frosting for the filling and vanilla buttercream frosting for the outside with a pink chocolate ganache drip and sprinkles galore! I had so much fun making this cake! 😆
I can’t get enough of this Alice in Wonderland themed 1st birthday and how the cake I made for it as well as the cupcakes matched it so well! Such a creative and cute theme! Sorry not sorry for continuing to post more pictures of it! 😍
Spider-Man themed birthday cake!
Cake is vanilla cake that was dyed red and blue to go with the Spider-Man theme. The filling is a strawberry compote and the outside decor is vanilla buttercream frosting and fondant.
I heard it was very much enjoyed at this little man’s 3rd birthday party!

Alice and Wonderland themed giant cupcake (smash cake) and 40 matching cupcakes.
The giant cupcake is made with chocolate on the outside of the bottom part and filled with vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream frosting between the layers. Top of cupcake is decorated with vanilla buttercream frosting and fondant. Roses on the cake board are made with buttercream. Cupcakes are vanilla and chocolate with vanilla buttercream frosting.
Eeek so love how this one turned out!! 😆
Pink baby shower drip cake
This is a lemon cake with raspberry filling decorated with vanilla buttercream frosting, pink chocolate ganache for the drip and buttercream dollops for the top! I did one very similar to this not too long ago! It was so well liked by another client that I was asked to replicate it! I think the drip turned out slightly better in this one!
Paw Patrol Cake
So because of my canceled flight on Saturday I did not actually get to decorate this cute little cake for this sweet boy’s 4th birthday. My amazing man came through for me and followed all the directions I gave him on how to put together and frost a cake! I am so stinking proud of him and man did he help me out a ton! I did however bake this cake ahead of time so that was a bit helpful! It is a vegan vanilla cake with strawberry compote filling and vegan vanilla buttercream frosting. The picture of Marshall is a sugar sheet I ordered online!
I was told it was super yummy and was very much appreciated! So glad I didn’t have to tell a customer that I wouldn’t be able to do their cake for them. Thank you again Vincent Towson!! This is a vanilla cake with caramel filling and vanilla buttercream frosting with a chocolate ganache drip around the top. Decorated with Hennessy mini bottles, chocolate covered strawberries (hand dipped and decorated by yours truly), Ferrero rocher and hand made chocolate filigrees (also made by me).
Hands down best drip cake I’ve done so far! Think I’m getting the hang of this!

Cake topper was special ordered off Etsy and I made the purple Dino from modeling chocolate and fondant and added some sprinkles that matched! 3rd year in a row I have made this sweet girl’s birthday cake!
Boho Rainbow Baby Shower Cake
Loved the way this one turned out and how well I did matching the colors! Both tiers are carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and the cupcakes are vanilla with vanilla buttercream frosting. Such a cute theme!
Harry Potter birthday cake
All the colors of the different houses at Hogwarts with the sorting hat on top! The inside of the cake is yellow cake with black frosting between the layers (the kid was finding out what house he would be from taking a quiz online by cutting into the cake and seeing the Hufflepuff colors, cute huh?)
I was thrilled to finally have the opportunity to make a Harry Potter themed cake!
