Hard Nock Life Bakery Sourdough addict, bagel enthusiast, chaos coordinator. My name is Paige Nock, and I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember.

Around this time last year, I discovered my love for baking bagels. What started as a fun little project—creating a sourdough starter to give me something to look forward to each day—quickly turned into full-on madness as I took over my roommate’s kitchen.
