(Apparently, good old FB lost my post somewhere this evening....so hopefully this doesn't show up twice....
anyways....)
Imagine the rich chew of griddled focaccia, topped with melting butter, the smooth richness of Huntley Farms Maple Cream hiding in the little bread crannies, then topped with a drizzle of the bitter sweetness of brown beer reduction syrup, the crunch of praline pecans, and a cool, mellow, barely-sweet whipped cream.
Are your eyes closed in ecstasy yet?
They should be.

today and tomorrow we are at the lacrosse tournament at the Canton middle school: but if you’re in the Canton area and craving grilled cheese and tomato soup, or a warm chicken-bacon-ranch sandwich on toasted sourdough, or an Italian on focaccia, find yourself some parking and swing in!

Canton you guys rock!!!! So much love to everyone who showed up and ordered a sandwich--can't wait to do this every Friday! Potsdam excited for tomorrow!!!! The griddle will be hot at 10:30, serving lunch till 2pm or till I sell out! 🥰

Bread on the shelves for you at Potsdam Food Co-op and Riverside Farm Market, if you haven't already been over to get yours! Also a few squares of focaccia at those locations, in case you've been inspired by the (brief) warmer weather!

Busy today getting ready for another weekend of serving the best sandwiches for you, always on the soft sourdough you love, with simple sides and fresh ingredients to hit that spot that isn't a sit-down-and-wait lunch, and isn't fast food. We will be at the Canton NY Farmers Market tomorrow!!!!! then the Potsdam Farmers' Market on Saturday morning, and Willow Tree on Saturday afternoon. Hope to see you at any one , or more, of these great local spots!
