Closed until further notice:

I have decided to take my career path in a different direction. I'm using the money I earned from Cookie Needs to get my degree in mental health services. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported my business in any way, from ordering to sharing on social media, visiting me at pop-up events, and more. I want to give a special thanks to my friends and family who helped with baking and packaging and especially to my husband. Without his endless support (and help with QuickBooks 😂), Cookie Needs might have stayed a dream.

I may still open a brick and mortar in the future, and if I do, the good news is I'll be starting from experience. I've learned and grown so much in the last few years and it has been an experience I'll never forget.

2022 was quite for us, but still full of milestones! We had two of our largest orders yet: one for a gala and one customer ordering variety boxes as gifts for his clients.
My pregnancy cravings in the beginning of the year made me want salty instead of sweet, so the 2023 goal is to be back to myself eating allll the cookies!
Looking forward to baking for you cookie enthusiasts more next year 🥰

Pumpkin cheesecake fans, this one is for you! Unfortunately, I can’t sell these with my current license since the cream cheese needs to be refrigerated. But I can share the recipe for the filling!
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• One stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
• One 8oz block of cream cheese
• 3-4 cups powdered sugar
• 2 batches of Cookie Needs Pumpkin Spice Cookies 😉
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Thaw butter and cream cheese until soft. (About 1 hour on counter)
2. Use a mixer or be**er on low speed to combine butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
3. Transfer mixture into a piping bag (or a zip lock bag and cut the corner).
4. Squeeze 1-2 tablespoons onto one cookie and complete the sandwich by topping with another cookie and gently pressing together.
*Pro tip: this filling goes great with a lot of cookies! Other recommendations are the White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal and Snickerdoodles.
