We LOVE us some brown butter over here at Momma Nene’s Kitchen! 🤎🧈✨

So what exactly is brown butter? It starts with regular butter, but we slowly cook it until the milk solids toast and turn a beautiful golden brown. That extra step creates this deep, rich, nutty, caramel-like flavor that regular melted butter just can’t give you. 😮‍💨🔥

It takes a little patience, a watchful eye, and knowing exactly when to pull it off the heat—but BABY, it’s worth it! 😂🤎
