Quick little clarification 💕

Last night we shared about “dot cake”, it’s actually called cortadillo cake, a Mexican bakery-style vanilla cake with pink frosting and sprinkles.

We’re planning to try making it soon and we’re really excited to learn more about it! 🍰

🎂 We’ve been seeing all the hype around sprinkle cakes lately, and we’re thinking about bringing some this Sunday!

Traditionally they’re topped with nonpareils, but we’re considering using sprinklefetti-style sprinkles instead. They’re a little softer, easier to eat, and still bring all the fun and color.
