My husband told me he’s tired of Sourdough. I think it’s time for a new husband. 🤣 I’m convinced he’s just tired of the burnt parchment paper peices that seem to find their way around the house.

He’s tired of it, so I have one ready to go that was going to be for us 🥲

I’ve been asked about gluten free sourdough. It’s possible but it’s a lengthy process because it would require an additional starter. Before I jump into gluten free, I want to see where the interest is. Who would like a gluten free option?
