Danielle Caton, Confectioner I have been baking since the age of 10 and that is when I sold my first cakes. It's as much fun for me now as it was back then.

My wonderful Aunt commissioned me to bake and decorate 9 doll cakes for a bridal shower. The cakes were the bride and her attendants and were the centerpiece for the occasion...and a big hit. Time and great care goes into the making of each and every product...no mass production here! Everything is made to order and as fresh as can be.
