Boneless chicken thighs marinated in house seasoned buttermilk. The breading starts with plain breadcrumbs and panko. Then we add our own blend of herbs and spices. Dunk the chicken in an egg wash, roll in the bread and bake until golden brown. Served alongside rice and a veggie.
-Oriental Chicken Salad $15 (Delivery Day Tuesday 3/28)
House marinated and breaded chicken breast with a crunchy mix of shredded cabbage, carrots, mixed greens, sliced almonds, mandarin oranges and crispy wonton strips. Served with a side of our homemade dressing.
-Beef with Snow Peas $16 (Delivery Day Tuesday 3/28)
Tender thin sliced beef, in a rich soy, ginger brown sugar sauce with fresh crispy snow peas, green onion and red pepper flakes. Served over soy and sesame seasoned rice.

We’ll start with tender pork tenderloin seasoned to perfection before hitting a hot pan with marsala wine, onion and mushrooms. All laid over savory parmesan and shallot cornmeal cakes and veggies.
-Burnt Ends $16 (Delivery Day Thursday 3/28)
House made burnt ends! If you’re not sure what burnt ends are, here you go. Burnt ends, also called "bark," are the trimmings from a smoked brisket. A beef brisket is a uniquely shaped cut of meat and, when smoked, pieces around the edge tend to dry out and get very smoky in flavor. (The best part!!)
We’ll serve these tasty beefy morsels with homemade baked beans and homemade corn bread.

You know we’re always going to have a salad on the menu, and we think this week’s might be our best yet! We’ll start with marinated chicken breast in our maple mustard dressing. After baking it off we’ll put it on a bed of romaine, along with avocado, bacon, tomatoes, a praline nut crunch, crumbled goat cheese and a side of maple mustard dressing.

This scalloped potatoes and ham dish is a crowd-pleaser with its creamy sauce, chunks of ham and potato slices. I always enjoyed it as a kid, but knew it needed something more. So, we added a little parsley and thyme to give it a little extra flavor!
