Many of you know (and some may not know) that I am originally from Louisiana and often times there are things that I need for recipes or just for my boys that I can't find anywhere else! Edmond seafood Company located on Danforth in Edmond Oklahoma never let's me down! The owner is amazing and so kind. He brings things back from Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi weekly. A whole homeade cheesecake is sandwiched between 2 layers of strawberry cake and topped with whipped cream cheese frosting and strawberry crumble that those famous ice cream bars are known for!
