Meet Amy, the entrepreneurial heartbeat and CEO of Roots & Lace!
(Don't worry, someone else wrote this so she couldn't toot her own horn .😜)
Amy is the wild (yet, down to earth) earth goddess who is a youthful, wise, daring and creative visionary. She humbly took the leap towards her passion for friendship, crafts, wedding lifestyle blogging, all-things-floral, and gifting to create what is now a multi-six figure business, born straight from the heart.
She is truly one of those uplifting people that everyone should have in their circle. Amy truly stands behind her word of being in business, but for people---upholding her company culture values in everything she does and everything she touches---extending even outside of Roots & Lace.
She is brilliant (like, a waterfall of knowledge), funny, goofy, and shines in the way that she gives you permission to just be yourself, as just the perfectly imperfect version of yourself.
Her team would call her a go-getting, gutsy, mission-minded woman of valor! In every idea or challenge that arises, she proves that "If there is a will, there is a way".
We truly appreciate Amy's hard work, dedication, kindness, generosity, and genuine appreciation of diversity every day in such a safe workspace! And above all, we get excited to find out what she will think of next!
In her spare time, Amy loves to travel with her hubby and two boys. Her favorite places to visit have been Thailand, Finland, Iceland, and Costa Rica. She loves taking on wood-work projects and getting her hands dirty. She's also an early-riser who loves to read, journal, and workout (while we are sleeping...bless her).
