Recently, I was following the journey of Kelsey Pfendler and she would say… “go find your big scary thing and do it”. Hers was rowing across the Pacific Ocean all by herself. Mine is taking this bakery and turning it into a pillar of the community where bread is not a just a byproduct but rather the main event. Where we can create with wholesome, clean ingredients. We can teach and learn. We can create stability and consistency.

It’s not easy… I’d dare say I’m in the middle of the biggest challenge of my life so far! The ending is far from being known… but I will just keep putting one foot in front of the other and see where it leads me.

What’s your big, hard, scary thing?
