Thanks to some amazing and thoughtful friends, the show will go on! My doughs are chillin in a temporary fridge, and we plan to be at the Osage Farmers' Market 330-530 tomorrow!

Well, our fridge decided it needed to take a break this week! We were planning to be at the Osage market today, but since I need to refrigerate my doughs overnight, we won't be doing that or Charles City. Lord willing, we will have it fixed by next week!

One of the reasons I love my garage oven (out of many), is the sounds of birdies singing in the morning. This is my first attempt at sourdough focaccia- sun dried tomatoes, olives and onions.

Cutting round sourdough is not always intuitive. I think this is the simplest way to cut it: cut it in half, lay the cut side down on the cutting board, and then slice through top to bottom.
